2. Scope of Membership

Membership includes access to the Wangdu curriculum, assignments, live sessions, engineering discussions, community channels, and reviews related to Wangdu coursework.

3. Consulting Exclusion

Wangdu is an education program and not a consulting service. Membership does not include reviews or consulting for personal startups, commercial products, client projects, freelancing work, business strategy, fundraising, marketing, SEO, infrastructure planning, or production systems.

Professional consulting, if offered, is a separate engagement and may be billed independently.

4. Code Reviews

• Assignments provided within Wangdu.
• Projects developed as part of the Wangdu curriculum.
• Engineering discussions directly related to Wangdu.

Reviews of external company codebases or production software are outside the scope of membership.

5. Attendance & Commitment

Wangdu is an intensive engineering program. Members are expected to attend sessions consistently, complete assignments, and actively participate in discussions. Individual growth depends on individual effort and consistency.

6. AI Usage

AI-assisted development is not permitted for the first 5 months of the program. However, starting the 6th month, every member has the option to use AI tools for development. But members must fully understand, explain, modify, and defend any code they submit. Inability to explain submitted work may be treated as academic dishonesty.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• No recordings of sessions.
• No screenshots of curriculum content.
• No redistribution or resale of Wangdu material.
• No sharing of member discussions outside Wangdu without permission.

8. Communication

Communication shall occur only through the official Wangdu channels unless otherwise agreed. Direct phone calls are not part of membership.

9. Payments & Refunds

• All fees must be paid before admission.
• Membership fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Membership cannot be transferred to another individual.
• Leaving the program voluntarily does not create eligibility for any refund.

10. Termination

Wangdu reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, in cases including but not limited to:

• Academic dishonesty.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour.
• Sharing proprietary content.
• Repeated disruption of the learning environment.
• Violation of this agreement.

11. No Guarantee

Wangdu provides education and mentorship only. We do not guarantee employment, internships, freelance work, startup success, funding, salary, business growth, or any specific outcome.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
